An experienced and proactive team of professionals responsible for the planning and deployment of security personnel, as well as supervising and monitoring operations around the clock to ensure our clients’ expectations are met.

Operations Controller

Manning our 24-hour Virtual Command Centre, our Operations Controllers manage the 24/7 hotline, oversee CCTV surveillance and monitor deployed security officers to ensure alertness and provide support during any incidents that may arise.

Patrol & Compliance

Our Patrol & Compliance division carries out regular spot checks and audits to ensure our security officers meet Regional’s standards and remain compliant with both company and client policies and procedures.

Security Personnel

All security officers undergo thorough background checks and are trained and certified by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD). Equipped to meet your safety and security needs, they receive ongoing training to stay up to date with the latest industry standards.
