Regional Investigation & Security Services was founded to meet the growing demand for professional, reliable and integrated security solutions in Singapore.

Since our inception, we have been providing customised safety and security solutions to residential, commercial, industrial and established facilities. Backed by an experienced management team with industry and business expertise, we continue to deliver personalised security services tailored to each client’s requirements.

In 2019, Regional was acquired by a new management and became a subsidiary of ESS Group. The ESS Group comprises of Event Security Specialists, ESS Consulting and ESS Global Sourcing, and together, it’s mission is to deliver premier security solutions locally and across the region. The ESS Group are pioneers in event based security and aims to provide the best in security management and services to ensure that the event is conducted in a safe environment, allowing clients and their guests to focus and enjoy the event. Holding similar values as Regional they work hand-in-hand to provide safety and protection to the highest standard.

ESS Group are capable of providing holistic security solutions, ensuring they actively work to not only meet the clients’ expectations but exceed them every time by studying their clients’ requests and offering further input.

Offering experienced security personnel to public and private sectors, they are dedicated security professionals with vast experience enabling them to supply effective solutions. Their extensive experience and knowledge derived from various roots in the Military, Police, Auxiliary Police Force and Private Security Industry make them a trusted provider of security solutions.

Regional was awarded Grade “A” by PLRD for 2021 and also attained ISO 9001:2015 and BizSafe Star certification.

We supported the nation in tackling COVID-19 by providing security services to Government Quarantine Facilities (GQF) and SHN hotels.

Regional also ventured into partnerships with AITS, SML and other service providers to further enhance our security and technology solutions. We introduced a company vehicle to strengthen our Patrol & Compliance Team and developed high-level consultancy capabilities to meet the new SACE Core & Elective criteria.

Regional boosted its capabilities with a Virtual Command Centre, Virtual Surveillance and the ability to develop Outcome-Based Contracts to suit a wide range of security needs and budgets.

Our E-Learning training package was adopted by other security agencies to help improve their PLRD grading.

Regional also relocated to a new office as a subsidiary of ESS Group of Companies.

Regional developed an E-Learning platform for our security officers. The secure software, complete with testing capabilities, received full marks under the annual PLRD Grading Criteria.

Regional built a solid reputation for prompt payments to our officers, zero manpower shortfall and the capability to manage a wide range of projects.

The company also celebrated its colourful 10th anniversary, marked by hundreds of accolades received over the years.
